Moving together: mobile apps for inclusion and assistance
Mobile “apps” have huge potential to help and liberate disabled people and the elderly, offering new-found independence through access to information and services on the move. But there is also the potential to further exclude people by creating technologies that are hard to access by some groups of people such as blind people using speech tools or deaf people using captions.
